Notice is given that a meeting of the committee of inspection of the Company, or a meeting of the committee of inspection for each of the Companies, (for multiple companies), will be held:

The purpose of the meeting(s) is to consider:
1. To receive an update from the Liquidators on the sale of the Companys assets.2. To receive an update on the section 511 of the Corporations Act 2001 application considering the obligations or otherwise for the Liquidators to comply with the Environmental Protection Order issued on 13 May 2016 and subsequent Appeal.3. To consider and approve a litigation funding agreement.4. To consider and approve the Liquidators remuneration.5. Any other business.
