Notice is given that a meeting of the creditors of the Company, or a meeting for each of the Companies, (for multiple companies), will be held:

Agenda items are:

1. To receive the Deed Administrators'/Liquidators' Update to creditors dated 7 March 2022.

2. To receive an update on the administration of the Companies.

3. To approve:
a. the Deed Administrators'/Liquidators' remuneration for each individual company;
b. the Liquidators' future remuneration for each individual company.

4. To consider the termination of the Deed of Company Arrangement and to wind up the companies which are currently subject to a Deed of Company Arrangement.

5. To consider the early destruction of the Company's books and records.

6. Any other business.
