ASIC Published Notices

Notice is given that a meeting of the creditors of the Company, or a meeting for each of the Companies, (for multiple companies), will be held:

Agenda items are:

1. to receive and consider a report from the liquidator(s)
2. to receive a report as to affairs
3. to appoint a committee of inspection and, if so, who are to be the committee members
4. to consider the early destruction of books and records

5. to ratify (pursuant to Section 477(2B)) the liquidator's decision to enter into an agreement (licence to occupy) on 23 March 2016;
6. to fix the remuneration of the Liquidator in the amount of $32,913.00 plus GST.
7. any other business.

Creditors wishing to attend are advised proofs and proxies must be submitted to the liquidator by:
