ASIC Published Notices

Notice is given that a meeting of the creditors of the Company, or a meeting for each of the Companies, (for multiple companies), will be held:

Agenda items are:

1. to receive and consider a report from the liquidator(s)
2. to receive a report as to affairs
3. to consider a statement to the creditors from one of the directors
4. to fix or determine the remuneration of the liquidator(s)
5. to fix or determine the future remuneration of the liquidator(s)
6. to consider the early destruction of books and records
7. any other business

8. To consider whether, pursuant to section 477(2A) of the corporations act 2001, creditors authorise the Official Liquidator to compromise any debt owed to the Company.
9. To consider whether, pursuant section 477(2B) of the Corporations Act 2001, creditors authorise the Official Liquidator to enter into any agreements on behalf of the Company.

Creditors wishing to attend are advised proofs and proxies must be submitted to the liquidator by:
