Notice is given that a meeting of the creditors of the Company, or a meeting for each of the Companies, (for multiple companies), will be held:

Agenda items are:
1. To vary clause 7.1(b) of the original deed from a payment of the balance of $280,000.00 to the Deed Administrator in 18 equal monthly instalments, commencing on the date which is one month after the Commencement date, and continuing on the monthly anniversary of the Commencement date, ending on the date which is 18 months after the Commencement date, to a payment of $200,000.00 by 7 January 2016 such that the total payable under the Deed shall be $256,702.00.2. To consider the additional remuneration of the Joint and Several Deed Administrators, their partners and staff for the period 9 August 2013 to 27 September 2015 not previously approved by the creditors at the meeting held on 19 July 2013, be approved and fixed in the sum of $55,747.45 plus GST and disbursements, calculated on a time basis at the hourly rates charged by BCR Advisory Pty Ltd and that the Joint and Several Deed Administrators be authorised to draw fees and disbursements at his discretion. 3. To consider the future remuneration of the Joint and Several Deed Administrators for the Deed of Company Arrangement period be approved up to an interim cap of $25,000.00 plus GST and disbursements, calculated on a time basis at the hourly rates charged by BCR Advisory Pty Ltd and that the Joint and Several Deed Administrators be authorised to make periodical payments on account of such accruing remuneration and disbursements at their discretion, and that where this limit is exhausted the Joint and Several Deed Administrators shall seek further approval for fees from the creditors, Committee of Inspection (if appointed), or Court.4. To discuss any other matters that may be lawfully brought forward.
