An application for the winding up of King of Knives Pty Limited was commenced by the plaintiff Vicinity Custodian Pty Ltd ACN 077 870 243 in its capacity as trustee of the Vicinity QVB Trust (ABN 44 389 838 470) and QVB TC Pty Ltd ACN 655 078 176 in its capacity as trustee of the Link QVB Trust (ABN 31 532 942 418) on 01/12/2023 and will be heard as set out below.
