Notice is given that a meeting of the creditors of the Company, or a meeting for each of the Companies, (for multiple companies), will be held:

Agenda items are:
1. To consider the Report as to Affairs of the Company.2. To consider a statement to creditors by the Director explaining the circumstances leading to the winding up of the Company.3. To consider and, if thought fit, approve the Liquidators remuneration as set out in the Liquidators remuneration report.4. To consider the appointment of a Committee of Inspection.5. To consider whether, pursuant to Section 477(2A) of the Corporations Act 2001, creditors authorise the Official Liquidator to compromise any debt owed to the Company.6. To consider whether, pursuant to Section 477(2B) of the Corporations Act 2001, creditors authorise the Official Liquidator to enter into any agreements on behalf of the Company.7. To consider whether, subject to obtaining the approval of the Australian Securities & Investments Commission (ASIC) pursuant to Section 542(4), the books and records of the Company and of the Liquidators may be disposed of by the Liquidators 6 months after the dissolution of the Company or earlier at the discretion of ASIC.8. Any other business that may be lawfully brought forward.
