Notice is given that a resumed meeting of the creditors of the Company, or a resumed meeting for each of the Companies, (for multiple companies), will be held:

Agenda items are:
1.To seek further approval of the Joint and Several Administrators remuneration;2.To seek further approval of the Joint and Several Administrators internal disbursements;3.The purpose of the adjourned meeting is to determine the fate of the Company, specifically if:a.the Company executes a Deed of Company Arrangement (if applicable);b.the Administration ends; orc.the Company be wound up;4.In the event that the Company is wound up, confirm Peter Gountzos and Timothy James Brace as the Joint and Several Liquidators of the Company;5.To seek approval of the Joint and Several Liquidators remuneration; 6.To seek approval of the Joint and Several Liquidators internal disbursements;7.In the event that the Company is wound up, authorise the Liquidators to destroy, at their discretion, the books and records of the Company within a period of 5 years after dissolution of the Company, subject to obtaining prior approval from the Australian Securities and Investments Commission;8.To appoint a Committee of Inspection; and9.Any other business which may be properly brought before the meeting.
