ASIC Published Notices

Notice is given that a meeting of the committee of inspection of the Company, or a meeting of the committee of inspection for each of the Companies, (for multiple companies), will be held:

Agenda items are:

1. To consider the Notice to the Committee of Inspection dated 20 June 2024;
2. Approve the Joint and Several Administrators' retrospective remuneration; and
3. Any other relevant business.

I advise Teleconference facilities will be available at this meeting.

Any member of the committee of inspection wishing to attend the meeting via teleconference must contact this office by no later than 4:00pm (local time) on 26 June 2024.

Members of the committee of inspection should note that any costs incurred in attending the meeting virtually are their own to bear and these costs are not able to be reimbursed from the assets of the Company.

Members of the committee are advised proxies should be submitted to the convenor of the meeting by:
