Notice is given that a meeting of the creditors of the Company, or a meeting for each of the Companies, (for multiple companies), will be held:

Agenda items are:
1. That the Deed of Company Arrangement be terminated and the company wound up.2. That the Deed of Company Arrangement be varied.3. That Graeme Robert Beattie & David Ian Mansfield be appointed as Joint Liquidators.4. That the remuneration of the Joint Deed Administrators be approved in the amount of $6,000.00(excl GST), for the period 5 January 2012 to 16 August 2013.5. Should the creditors resolve that the Deed of Company Arrangement be terminated, that the remuneration of the Joint Liquidators be approved in the amount of $30,000.00 (excl GST) for the period 17 August 2013 to completion.6. Should creditors resolve to vary the Deed of Company Arrangement, that the additional remuneration of the Joint Deed Administrators be approved in the amount of $10,000.00 (excl GST), for the period 17 August 2013 to completion.7. In the event of liquidaiton, to consider the appointment of a Committee of Inspection.8. To consider any other matters that may be brought before the Meeting.
