ASIC Published Notices

Notice is given that a meeting of the creditors of the Company, or a meeting for each of the Companies, (for multiple companies), will be held:

Agenda items are:

1. Receive an update of the Liquidators' acts and dealings and the conduct of the winding up;
2. Consider the Liquidators' report to creditors;
3. Consider approval of the Administrators' remuneration;
4. Consider approval of the Liquidators' remuneration; and
5. Consider approval of Deloitte Tax Services' fees.

Creditors wishing to attend are advised proofs and proxies are to be submitted to the external administrator by:
