ASIC Published Notices

Notice is given that a meeting of the creditors of the Company, or a meeting for each of the Companies, (for multiple companies), will be held:

Agenda items are:

1. To receive an account of the Liquidator's acts and dealings and of the conduct of the winding up to date;

2. To consider, and if thought fit, approve the Liquidator's further remuneration as detailed in the Remuneration Approval Report dated 19 July 2024;

3. For creditors to consider, and if thought fit, resolve to remove Richard John Cauchi and Timothy James Brace as the Liquidators of K.N.D. & Associates Pty Ltd (Formerly Trading As 'Gymea Bay Aged Care') (In Liquidation) and replace them with Mr Jonathon Colbran and Mr Adam Cormack of RSM Australia Partners; and

4. Any other business which may be properly brought before the meeting.
