ASIC Published Notices

Notice is given that a meeting of the creditors of the Company, or a meeting for each of the Companies, (for multiple companies), will be held:

Agenda items are:

1. to receive and consider a report from the liquidator(s)
2. to fix or determine the remuneration of the liquidator(s)
3. to fix or determine the future remuneration of the liquidator(s)
4. any other business

5. The Liquidator be authorised to compromise the debt due to the Company by the Trust and other claims against the Trust (as outlined in the Liquidator?s Report to Creditors dated 3 December 2014), in accordance with Section 477(2A) of the Corporations Act 2001.

Creditors wishing to attend are advised proofs and proxies must be submitted to the liquidator by:
