1. To consider the Report as to Affairs of the company and to receive a report from the Liquidator.2. A copy of the Declaration of Independence, Relevant Relationships and Indemnities will be tabled. 3. To resolve the basis of the Liquidators? remuneration.4. Any other business that may be considered with the foregoing.
