Notice is given that a meeting of the creditors of the Company, or a meeting for each of the Companies, (for multiple companies), will be held:

Agenda items are:

1 To ratify the Pooling Determination made by the Joint and Several Official Liquidators of Johva Pty Ltd (In Liquidation) and Joint and Several Liquidators of Norton Villiers Pty Ltd (In Liquidation) pursuant to the requirements of Section 571 of the Corporations Act 2001
2 Authorise the Joint and Several Liquidators to destroy the books and records of the Companies not earlier than six (6) months after dissolution of the Companies, subject to obtaining prior approval from the Australian Securities and Investments Commission pursuant to Section 524(4) of the Corporations Act 2001, and
3 Any other business that may be lawfully brought forward.

Creditors wishing to attend are advised proofs and proxies must be submitted to the liquidator by:
