ASIC Published Notices

Notice is given that a meeting of the creditors of the Company, or a meeting for each of the Companies, (for multiple companies), will be held:

Agenda items are:

1. to consider the appointment of a Committee of Inspection for Iugis Pty Ltd;
2. to consider the destruction of books and records following the deregistration of Iugis Investments Pty Ltd and Iugis Waste Solutions Pty Ltd subject to the consent of the Australian Securities and Investment commission being obtained;
3. to authorise the Liquidators of the Companies to compromise debts greater than $100,000 under section 477(2A) of the Act; and
4. to authorise the Liquidators of the Companies to enter into agreements that may take longer than three months to complete under section 477(2B) of the Act.
