(a) To consider the Administrators' reports in relation to the eligible employee creditors and the Company's affairs and any other matters relating to the Company's future(b) To resolve that the priorities provided by Section 556,560 and 561 in respect of eligible employee creditors will be subject to the following variation: ?That the proposed deed of company arrangement does not require a provision to the effect that any eligible employee entitlements will be entitled to a priority at least equal to what they would be entitled if the property were applied in accordance with sections 556, 560 and 561 of the Corporations Act(c) To discuss any other relevant business which may arise
