Notice is given that a first meeting of the creditors of the Company, or a first meeting for each of the Companies, (for multiple companies), will be held:

The purpose of the meeting(s) is to consider:

1. whether to appoint a committee of inspection; and
2. if so, who are to be the committee's members.

At the meeting, creditors may also, by resolution:

1. remove the administrator(s) from office; and
2. appoint someone else as administrator(s) of the Company.

Creditors wishing to attend are advised proofs and proxies are to be submitted to the Administrator by:

The meeting will only be held virtually. To access the virtual meeting, you need to provide a statement by email to Mr Clinton Sayavong on CSayavong@charlesandco.com.au, no later than 4:00PM (AEST) on 4 October 2022 which sets out:
*Name: the name of the person and of the proxy or attorney (if any)
*Address: an email address to which notices to the person, proxy or attorney may be sent.
*Contact: The method of contacting the person, proxy or attorney for the purposes of the meeting.
