Notice is given that a meeting of the creditors of the Company, or a meeting for each of the Companies, (for multiple companies), will be held:

Agenda items are:

1. To fix the remuneration and disbursements of the former Voluntary Administrators; and

2. To fix the remuneration and disbursements of the Deed Administrators; and

3. Any other business that may be lawfully brought forward.

Creditors wishing to attend are advised proofs and proxies are to be submitted to the external administrator by:
