ASIC Published Notices

Notice is given that a meeting of the creditors of the Company, or a meeting of creditors of each of the Companies, (for multiple companies), will be held:

The purpose of the meeting(s) is to receive a report setting out an account of the liquidators' acts and dealings and the conduct of the winding up of the Company(ies)for the 12 month period ending on 08 June 2017.

Other agenda items are:

1. to receive and consider a report from the liquidator(s)
2. to consider a summary of the receipts and payments of the liquidator(s)
3. to fix or determine the remuneration of the liquidator(s)
4. any other business

Arrangements have been made for creditors outside of Adelaide to attend the meeting via conference call facilities. Creditors intending to use the conference call facility are required to notify us of their intention and collect conference call details at least 24 hours prior to the meeting.
