  • to appoint a committee of inspection and, if so, who are to be the committee members
  • to remove the external administor(s) from office and appoint someone else as external administrator(s) of the company
  • to consider the early destruction of books and records

    • - To consider the power of the liquidator to compromise a debt to the company exceeding $100,000.
    - To consider the power of the liquidator to enter into an agreement on the Company's behalf where the term may end more than 3 months after the agreement is entered.
    -To ratify the appointment of the existing liquidator.
