Agenda

Agenda items are:

- To receive details of the proposed variation to the DOCA;
- To receive a statement of the Administrator's opinion and reasons for the opinion:
(i) whether it would be in the creditors interests to accept the proposed variation to the DOCA;
(ii) whether it would be in the creditors interests terminate the DOCA; (iii) whether it would be in the creditors interests terminate the DOCA and resolve that the Company to be wound up. and;
- For creditors of the Company to resolve:
(i) to accept the proposed variation to the DOCA; or
(ii) to terminate the DOCA; or
(iii) to terminate the DOCA and resolve that the Company be wound up.
- If the DOCA is terminated and the Company is wound up, consider appointment of Jeremy Robert Abeyratne as the liquidator; and
- To discuss any other relevant business which may arise.
