See Company details (above) for the date of appointment and the section of the Act under which the administrator was appointed.

Notice is given that a first meeting of the creditors of the Company, or a first meeting for each of the Companies, (for multiple companies), will be held:

The purpose of the meeting(s) is to consider:

1. whether to appoint a committee of inspection; and
2. if so, who are to be the committee's members.

At the meeting, creditors may also, by resolution:

1. remove the administrator(s) from office; and
2. appoint someone else as administrator(s) of the Company.

Due to the geographical locations of the Companys stakeholders, a virtual-only meeting will be held. All creditors are expected to attend by electronic means, and no physical place of meeting will be made available.

Once creditors have nominated a proxy for the relevant meeting, a link for the Microsoft Teams Live Event will be sent to you prior to the meeting.
