  • to receive and consider a report from the external administrator(s)

    • To consider and, if thought fit, approve the Liquidator entering into agreements which exceeds three (3) months;

    To consider and, if thought fit, approve the Liquidator to compromise debts owing to the Company and/ or accept settlement terms from the Director, Former Director, Unity Property Services Pty Ltd, WXW Projects Pty Ltd and/or Vantage Hire Pty Ltd, for the commercial benefit and interests of the Company and its creditors, which may extend beyond three (3) months; and

    Any other business that may be lawfully brought forward
