  • to appoint a committee of inspection and, if so, who are to be the committee members
  • to consider the early destruction of books and records
  • any other business

    • For creditors of the Company to resolve:
    a.that the Company execute a Deed of Company Arrangement; or
    b.that the administration should end; or
    c.that the Company be wound up.

    If the Company is wound up, to appoint Simon Thorn as Liquidator.
    To fix the internal disbursements of the Administrator.
