Agenda items are:
1. To consider a proposal from the Trustee to vary the Creditors' Trust Deed to increase Trustees' Cap in accordance with Resolution 1 of the Notice to Creditors dated 30 September 2021.2. To consider a proposal from the Trustee to vary the Creditors' Trust Deed to exclude the Trustees' Costs from the Trustees' Cap in accordance with Resolution 2 of the Notice to Creditors dated 30 September 2021.
Creditors wishing to attend are advised proofs and proxies are to be submitted to the external administrator by:
