Notice is given that a first meeting of the creditors of the Company, or a first meeting for each of the Companies, (for multiple companies), will be held:

The purpose of the meeting(s) is to consider:

1. whether to appoint a committee of inspection; and
2. if so, who are to be the committee's members.

At the meeting, creditors may also, by resolution:

1. remove the administrator(s) from office; and
2. appoint someone else as administrator(s) of the Company.

Whilst the meeting has been convened to be held at my office, all creditors wishing to attend the meeting are to utilise the teleconference facilities given the current Government recommendations surrounding COVID-19 and indoor gatherings. Please contact my office by no later than 4:00pm on the day before the meeting to obtain the Microsoft Teams details. This measure has been implemented to take preventative actions to protect you and Worrells staff.
