Agenda items are:

  • to consider a summary of the receipts and payments of the external administrator(s)
  • to fix or determine the remuneration of the external administrator(s)
  • to fix or determine the future remuneration of the external administrator(s)

    • 1. To consider the various options available to creditors.
    2. To fix the remuneration and disbursements of the Administrators.
    3. For creditors to resolve upon one of the following: -
    (a) that the Company?s Deed of Company Arrangement variation should be accepted; and
    (b) that the Company be wound up.
    4. If the Deed of Company Arrangement Variation is resolved upon, to fix the remuneration and disbursements of the Deed Administrators.
    5. If the Company is wound up, to fix the remuneration and disbursements of the Liquidators.
    6. To consider approval pursuant to Section 477 (2A) of the Corporations Act 2001
    7. To consider approval pursuant to Section 477 (2B) of the Corporations Act 2001
    8. If the Company is wound up, to consider the appointment of a Committee of Inspection.
    9. If the Company is wound up, to consider the destruction of books and records.
    10. Any other business that may be lawfully brought forward.
