Notice is given that a meeting of the creditors of the Company, or a meeting for each of the Companies, (for multiple companies), will be held:

Agenda items are:

1. to determine the remuneration of the deed administrator(s)
2. to determine the deed administrator(s) and or liquidator(s) future remuneration if appointed
3. to consider the appointment of an alternative deed administrator(s) or liquidator(s)
4. any other business

To receive a report from the Joint and Several Deed Administrators.

To consider and if thought fit, pass the following resolution: That the Deed of Company Arrangement be terminated and the Company be wound up with Neil Cussen and Ezio Senatore being appointed Joint and Several liquidators pursuant to Section 446(1)(c) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth).

Creditors wishing to attend are advised proofs and proxies must be submitted to the deed administrator by:
