Notice is given that a meeting of the creditors of the Company, or a meeting of creditors of each of the Companies, (for multiple companies), will be held:

Agenda items are:
1. To receive and consider the progress report of the Liquidator as to the administration of the liquidation to date.2. To consider the appointment of members to a Committee of Inspection if the creditors see fit to appoint such a committee.3. To consider and, if thought fit, approve the remuneration of the Liquidator, partners and staff for the period from 8 July 2016 to 3 October 2016, calculated on a time basis at hourly rates in accordance with Shaw Gidley?s schedule of hourly rates, in the sum of $12,404.00, plus GST where applicable.4. To consider and, if thought fit, approve the future remuneration of the Liquidator, partners and staff from 4 October 2016 to the conclusion of this administration being calculated at the hourly rates applicable to the grades or classifications set out in accordance with Shaw Gidley?s schedule of hourly rates, up to a limit of $10,000.00 plus GST and that the Liquidator be authorised to make periodic payments on account of such accruing remuneration and GST.5. To authorise the Official Liquidator to destroy, at his discretion, the books and records of the Company within a period of three (3) months after dissolution of the Company, subject to obtaining prior approval from the Australian Securities and Investments Commission.6. Any other business that may be lawfully brought forward.

Creditors wishing to participate in the meeting by telephone must return to the convenor of the meeting not later than the second last working day before the day of the meeting, a written statement setting out the name of the person and of the proxy or attorney, (if any), an address to which notices to the person proxy or attorney may be sent, a telephone number at which the person, proxy or attorney may be contacted and any facsimile number to which notices to the person, proxy or attorney may be sent. A person, or the proxy or attorney of a person who participates in the meeting by telephone, must pay any costs incurred in participating and is not entitled to be reimbursed for those costs from the assets of the Company.
