    'That the Liquidators be authorised under Section 477(2A) and 477(2B) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) to enter into a settlement agreement as outlined in the Liquidator's report to creditors dated 18 December 2024 to compromise a debt owed to the Company and that extends beyond three (3) months.'
