An application for the winding up of GENTSAC PTY LTD was commenced by the plaintiff VICINITY CUSTODIAN PTY LTD (ACN 077 870 243) IN ITS CAPACITY AS TRUSTEE OF VICINITY GALERIES TRUST (ABN 26 170 108 182) AND GALERIES TC PTY LTD (ACN 655 078 247) IN ITS CAPACITY AS TRUSTEE OF THE LINK GALERIES TRUST (ABN 51 774 183 971) on 19/12/2023 and will be heard as set out below.
