Consider a resolution pursuant to section 444DA(2)(a) of the Corporations Act 2001 (the Act), that the provision that would otherwise be required under section 444DA(1) of the Act, will not be included in the proposed Deed of Company Arrangement (DOCA) to be considered by the meeting of creditors on 7 May 2020 at 2:30 PM (AEST);

Any other business.

iii. a method by which the person, proxy or attorney may be contacted for the purposes of the meeting.
