    • -to consider the power of the liquidator to compromise a debt to the company exceeding $100,000
    - to consider the power of the liquidator to enter into an agreement on the company's behalf where the term may end more than 3 months after the agreement is entered
    - to ratify the appointment of the existing liquidator
