ASIC Published Notices

Notice is given that a meeting of the creditors of the Company, or a meeting of creditors of each of the Companies, (for multiple companies), will be held:

Agenda items are:

1. to receive and consider a report from the liquidator(s)
2. to fix or determine the remuneration of the liquidator(s)

3. To authorise the Liquidator, pursuant to Section 477(2A) of the Corporations Act 2001, to settle claims against a former employee of the company by payment of $150,000.00.

Creditors wishing to attend are advised proofs and proxies should be submitted to the liquidator by:
