Discuss the Administrators' Circular to Eligible Employee Creditors dated 13 January 2025, the Notice and Report to Creditors dated 13 January 2025 and provide a general update on the status of the Administration.2. Consider a resolution pursuant to section 444DA(2)(a) of the Corporations Act 2001 Act (the Act) that the provision that would otherwise be required under section 444DA(1) of the Act will not be included in the proposed pooled Deed of Company Arrangement to be considered by the Second Meeting of Creditors to be held on Monday, 20 January 2025 at 12.00pm (AEDT).3. Any other business which may be brought forward.
