ASIC Published Notices

Notice is given that a meeting of the committee of inspection of the Company, or a meeting of the committee of inspection for each of the Companies, (for multiple companies), will be held:

Agenda items are:

1.To discuss the progress of the Liquidation;
2.To discuss the progress of the litigation against ASIC and Invesus;
3.To consider, and if thought fit, approve the Liquidators entering into legal cost agreements;
4.To consider, and if thought fit, approve remuneration of the Liquidators;
5.Any other business properly brought before the meeting.

Members of the committee are advised proxies should be submitted to the convenor of the meeting by:
