Notice is given that a general meeting of the members of the Company, or a general meeting of members of each of the Companies, (for multiple companies), will be held:

The purpose of the meeting(s) is to receive a report setting out an account of the liquidator's acts and dealings and the conduct of the winding up of the Company(ies) for the 12 month period ending on 31 December 2015.

That the Company be wound up as a Members Voluntary Liquidation and that the assets of the Company may be distributed in whole or in part to the members in specie should the liquidator so desire.
