Notice is given that a meeting of the creditors of the Company, or a meeting of creditors of each of the Companies, (for multiple companies), will be held:

The purpose of the meeting(s) is to receive a report setting out an account of the liquidators' acts and dealings and the conduct of the winding up of the Company(ies)for the 12 month period ending on 09 March 2016.

1.To consider the Notice and Report to Creditors dated 21 March 2016;2.Receive an annual update of the conduct of the liquidation by the Liquidator;3.Review a copy of the Liquidator(s) summary receipts and payments to date;4.Approve the Liquidator retrospective remuneration;5.Any other business.
