ASIC Published Notices

Notice is given that a meeting of the creditors of the Company, or a meeting for each of the Companies, (for multiple companies), will be held:

Agenda items are:

1. to receive and consider a report from the liquidator(s)
2. to fix or determine the remuneration of the liquidator(s)
3. to fix or determine the future remuneration of the liquidator(s)
4. any other business

to authorise the Liquidator to enter into agreements including but not limited to agreements under which security interests arise or are created, litigation funding agreements, deeds (or terms) of settlement and retainer agreements with legal practitioners where the terms of any such agreements may end, or the obligations of a party to the agreement may (according to the terms of the agreement) be discharged by performance more than three (3) months after such agreement is entered into

Creditors wishing to attend are advised proofs and proxies must be submitted to the liquidator by:
