Schedule of Property

Fearndale Holdings Pty Ltd (In Liquidation) is the applicant for a M(MO)LA3 mining lease under the Mining Act 1992 in respect of the land at 275 Adams Road, Luddenham (Application). The Company wishes to withdraw the Application, disclaiming the property of the Company.

Should parties have interest in the Application, please contact the Liquidator and provide a statement of interest within 14 days of this notice.
