ASIC Published Notices

Notice is given that a meeting of the creditors of the Company, or a meeting of creditors of each of the Companies, (for multiple companies), will be held:

The purpose of the meeting(s) is to receive a report setting out an account of the liquidators' acts and dealings and the conduct of the winding up of the Company(ies)for the 12 month period ending on 27 May 2015.

Other agenda items are:

1. Report by the Liquidators on the conduct of the winding up;

2. Fixing of remuneration of the Liquidators pursuant to Section 499(3)(b); and

3. Any other business.

Creditors are advised that the Liquidators' account of receipts and payments may be inspected at the office of Cor Cordis Chartered Accountants, Level 29, 360 Collins Street, Melbourne during business hours.

CREDITORS WHO MAY VOTE:
A person shall not be entitled to vote as a creditor unless his debt has been admitted in full or in part or he has lodged with the chairman particulars of his debt or, where required a formal proof of debt.

Creditors wishing to participate in the meeting by telephone must return to the convenor of the meeting not later than the second last working day before the day of the meeting, a written statement setting out the name of the person and of the proxy or attorney, (if any), an address to which notices to the person, proxy or attorney may be sent, a telephone number at which the person, proxy or attorney may be contacted and any facsimile number to which notices to the person, proxy or attorney may be sent. A person, or the proxy or attorney of a person who participates in the meeting by telephone, must pay any costs incurred in participating and is not entitled to be reimbursed for those costs from the assets of the Company.
