I give notice as liquidator of the company that I disclaim the property described in the Schedule.
The property is property of the company and consists of:
IP Rights Agreement between Euclideon Limited, Shenzhen Eulee Vision Technology Limited, & Shenzhen Eulee Technology Co., Ltd dated August 2023. The Liquidators consider that the agreement is unprofitable warranting disclaimer under Section 568 of the Corporations Act 2001.
