ASIC Published Notices

Notice is given that a resumed meeting of the creditors of the Company, or a resumed meeting for each of the Companies, (for multiple companies), will be held:

(If multiple companies, see special instructions for meeting times)

Agenda items are:

(i) To consider the Administrator?s report on the company?s affairs.

(ii) To consider the circumstances leading up to the administration and various options available to creditors.

(iii) To determine the remuneration of the Voluntary Administrator

(iv) For Creditors to resolve:

(a) That the company enter into a Deed of Company Arrangement; or
(b) That the administration should end; or
(c) That the company be wound up; or

(v) If a Deed of Company Arrangement is resolved upon, to fix the remuneration of the Deed Administrators.

(vi) If the Company is wound up, to fix the remuneration of the Liquidator.

(vii) If the Company is wound up, to consider authorising the Liquidator pursuant to Section 477 (2A) of the Corporations Act 2001 to compromise debts.

(viii) If the Company is wound up, to consider authorising the Liquidator pursuant to Section 477 (2B) of the Corporations Act 2001 to enter into an agreement for a period of greater than 3 months.

(ix) To consider the appointment of an alternative deed administrator or liquidator;

(x) Any other business that may be lawfully brought forward.
