ASIC Published Notices

Notice is given that a first meeting of the creditors of the Company, or a first meeting for each of the Companies, (for multiple companies), will be held:

(If multiple companies, see special instructions for meeting times)

The purpose of the meeting(s) is to consider:

1. whether to appoint a committee of inspection; and
2. if so, who are to be the committee's members.

At the meeting, creditors may also, by resolution:

1. remove the administrator(s) from office; and
2. appoint someone else as administrator(s) of the Company.

Creditors wishing to attend are advised proofs and proxies are to be submitted to the Administrator by:

Creditors can attend virtually via Zoom platform. To attend and participate in the meeting, please submit or email the completed Proof of Debt or Claim form and/or Proxy form to Samantha Andini of my office (samantha.andini@ggadvisory.com.au) by no later than Monday, 30 June 2025 by 4:00 PM to facilitate checking and recording. Once my office received a completed Proof of Debt form and Proxy form, you will receive a Zoom link via email to register for meeting access (Meeting ID and Password).

Creditors wishing to attend the meeting using virtual meeting technology are advised they can use the following facility to attend the meeting:
