ASIC Published Notices

Notice is given that a meeting of the creditors of the Company, or a meeting for each of the Companies, (for multiple companies), will be held:

(If multiple companies, see special instructions for meeting times)

Agenda items are:

1. To receive an update on the Administration of the Deed of Company Arrangement (DOCA) by the Deed Administrators.

2. Questions from creditors

3. For creditors to consider the future of the Company and the DOCA, including the following:

i. to vary the Deed;
ii. to terminate the Deed; or
iii. To enforce the terms of the Deed.

4. In the event that creditors resolve to terminate the Deed, the following resolutions may be put to the meeting:

i. That the Company be wound up and that Travis Anderson and David Mansfield of Deloitte Financial Advisory Pty Ltd be appointed joint and several Liquidators of the Company.

5. Any other business that may be lawfully brought forward.

Creditors wishing to attend are advised proofs and proxies are to be submitted to the external administrator by:
