Notice is given that a meeting of the creditors of the Company, or a meeting for each of the Companies, (for multiple companies), will be held:

Agenda items are:
(i) to consider and approve a resolution approving the compromise of any debt due to the Company which may be identified in respect of related party loans; and(ii) to consider and, if thought fit, approve the Liquidator entering into an agreement with the director and/or related parties as may be considered necessary or convenient.

Creditors wishing to attend the meeting in person must provide prior notification of their attendance in order to enable appropriate COVID-19 protocols to be observed. Participation in the meeting will also be made available via ZOOM. If you wish to attend via ZOOM it will be necessary to either send an email to acaraca@beaconadvisory.com.au or to contact Ms Angelica Caraca of this office on (02) 5104 3990 by no later than 4:00PM AEST on Friday, 28 June 2024 to obtain the relevant log-in details. Requests for ZOOM access on the day of the meeting may not be granted.
