ASIC Published Notices

Notice is given that a first meeting of the creditors of the Company, or a first meeting for each of the Companies, (for multiple companies), will be held:

(If multiple companies, see special instructions for meeting times)

The purpose of the meeting(s) is to consider:

1. whether to appoint a committee of creditors; and
2. if so, who are to be the committee's members.

At the meeting, creditors may also, by resolution:

1. remove the administrator(s) from office; and
2. appoint someone else as administrator(s) of the Company.

Creditors wishing to attend are advised proofs and proxies should be submitted to the Administrator by:

The meetings of the Companies will be held concurrently. Creditors who wish to attend and vote at the first meeting of creditors are required to complete and return a Formal Proof of Debt Form. Individuals attending the meeting on behalf of a corporate creditor will also need to complete and return an Instrument of proxy. Completed forms must be returned by 4:00 PM (AEST) on Tuesday, 3 August 2015. The relevant return addresses are detailed below.
