Notice is given that a meeting of the creditors of the Company, or a meeting for each of the Companies, (for multiple companies), will be held:

Agenda items are:

1. Provide creditors with an update on the Liquidation
2. Provide creditors with a forum to ask questions of the Liquidator
3. Seek the approval of creditors for the Liquidator to enter into agreements whereby its terms and / or obligations may exceed a period of three months
4. To approve the current remuneration claim of the Liquidator
5. To approve the future remuneration claim of the Liquidator
6. To approve the internal disbursement claim of the Liquidator
