ASIC Published Notices

Notice is given that a meeting of the creditors of the Company, or a meeting for each of the Companies, (for multiple companies), will be held:

Agenda items are:

1.to resolve whether the Deed of Company Arrangement (DOCA) should be varied or terminated;
2.if the DOCA is terminated, resolve whether the Company should be wound up; and
3.if the Company is wound up, approve the remuneration of the Liquidators if the DOCA is terminated.
